Mabuhay!! I am here to tell you guys about a great place to visit for a vacation, which is the Philippines. This country of clustered Islands is a wonderful place to stay for awhile and has a lot to offer. Whether it would be doing some activities, eating some really good food, or hanging around the beach watching coconuts fall with your significant other, you will have an awesome time here.
Your experience here will be phenomenal when you get to enjoy all of the activities the philippines has to offer. Since you are in a group of Island, you can always hop on a boat and explore from Island to Island. In some Islands they have volcanoes, so be careful out there, or else you will become incinerated. If Island hopping is not for you then maybe shopping is. The Philippines has shopping malls everywhere you go. Bootleg or Legit, the prices are very affordable. You also have a huge selection of food choices. Now they do have a huge selection of traditional Filipino dishes, but they also have a huge selection of other foods, and the prices are very affordable.
Living in the Philippines for a few weeks can really change your view of life, and will make you truly appreciate the United States. The Philippines is a very unsanitized and the air quality is very bad. Outside of the fun activities and the great weather, staying here for a while can be a mess, you might end up sleeping with the cock roaches. If you are thirsty I would not recommend drinking the tap water, the plumbing structure is not well separated from sink to toilet. If you ever need to go anywhere with transportation it will be hectic, because there is stop and go traffic on the highway 24/7. Not to mention the horns honking like they’re playing an orchestra.
Philippines is a wonderful country full of surprises, as you may never know what you may get out of your experience. You might enjoy the food, or you might get food poisoning. You will have fun in the sun, or you will get soaked in the rain. You can breathe the fresh air, or get congested in dense areas. In my experience it was neither the greatest, however not the worst.
